But yeah the app is really kid friendly, with lots of colors and fun audiobooks. But then my husband and I encountered another issue. You see, I don't want my children listening to Katy Perry, specifically her song "Shake it Off" because she uses the Lord's Name in vain and "hella". And also because the music video is TERRIBLY inappropriate (but luckily you can't see the music video in Spofity Kids). One last issue we found in the first week of using Spofity Kids was the amount of brands my children were exposed to. Some brands they were exposed to were un-Christian (like Stranger Things and Frozen). A few more things I would like to address is the great playlists and songs for all kinds of kid-related activites (like brushing teeth and doing homework). But, on the flip side, an issue is that a lot of the pictures (especially of the female artists) sometimes have revealing clothing and were in inappropriate poses, which I don't want my 11 year old to get excited about. Lastly, I would like Spofity Kids to add some more Christian music so that my kids can get closer to the Lord. So another app that I can compare this to is YouTube kids (which I use) so if you use that and love music and have Spofity Premium, then this is the streaming service for you and your kids.
